Where are the bathrooms located?

What are the access times of the site?

Your tailgate site will be available from 7:00 AM until 1.5 hours after the game.

How can I transport my items from my vehicle to my tailgate location?

What are my parking options?

Please visit The University of Alabama’s exclusive Gameday website at: http://uagameday.com/football-parking.php for all of your up to date Game Day questions and game day activities.

Can we bring a grill and other cooking devices?

No electrical cooking equipment is not allowed on the quad at any times. Due to a limited supply of electrical power on the quad, this can cause problems with the electricity.

Is there a power source already at the tailgate?

Yes, there will be power in all reserved tent areas. For Club packages on the Quad and all packages at Presidential Park, the power will be run by Tailgate Guys.

Can I display corporate signage?

The University of Alabama does not allow any corporate branding to be displayed in any tailgating area on campus.

Can I leave my items at the tent during the game?

Yes, you may leave belongings at your tent through the game at your own risk. We recommend locking all valuables up in your coolers. Cooler locks are available for all Tailgate Guys coolers the main Tailgate Guys Welcome Tent.

Where are the bathrooms located?

For those tailgating in the Campus Green area, the closest restrooms are located in the Student Center, Parker Hall, and the Stadium Parking Deck. For guests tailgating in the Tiger Walk area, the closest restrooms are located in Plainsman Park.

What are the access times of the site?

The site access times depend on kick-off for each game. We will notify you each week via email of the site access times.

How does the bellhop service work? Will this be available after the game?

Tailgate Guys’ bellhop service runs before the game on Quad Drive and along Tiger Walk. The times of the service is based on the game time. When you pull up to the drop off zones, the bellhops will meet you at your vehicle and transport any items to your tailgate location for you. This service is also available after the game. Please note that the roads leading into campus often do not open until about 2 hours after the game ends. Excessive loads could create additional fees.

What are my parking options?

Tailgate Guys has limited parking passes available for the Allison Lab Lot, Stadium Deck, and Z Lot. For additional parking and traffic information, please visit Auburn’s website at http://www.auburntigers.com/gameday/parkingandtraffic.html.

How does catering work?

All guests are welcome to use one of the preferred vendors, an outside vendor, or bring their own food. Tailgate Guys is only able to coordinate food delivery for the preferred vendors. All of the options can be seen under the catering tab of the website. All orders can be placed online, and are due by the end of the day the Tuesday before the game.

Can we bring a grill and other cooking devices?

Only portable gas grills are permitted on the Tailgate Guys site.

Is there a power source already at the tailgate?

No there is not a source of power at the tailgates unless a generator is reserved by itself or with a media package. Tailgate Guys’ generators can be used for permissible equipment only. These items can be found in your user agreement - no climate control units, heating elements, or high powered speakers may be used.

Where are the bathrooms located?

Indoor restroom facilities are located in two convenient locations on the Reitz Union North Lawn: The J. Wayne Reitz Union and the International Center.

What time does the site open and close?

Tailgate Guys will have your tailgate package prepared for you 8 hours prior to kick-off or 9:00 AM; whichever is later. Your welcome to enjoy your tailgate for up to 3 hours after the game ends or until 11:00 PM; whichever comes first.

Where is Drop Off located?

The drop-off area is located off Gale Lemerand Drive on Ferst Street, just south of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Where is parking located?

Parking passes are available for purchase through Tailgate Guys with reserved parking in the J. Wayne Reitz Union garage. The J. Wayne Reitz Union garage is located off Museum Road and Reitz Union Drive; just east of Gale Lemerand Drive.

Where is Ben Hill Griffin Stadium located?

Ben Hill Griffin Stadium is located off of University Avenue and Gale Lemerand Drive.

Can we bring a grill and other cooking devices?

Tailgate Guys does not permit deep fryers, pull-behind smokers/grill or open flames.

Can we bring our own food and alcohol?

You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverage and our gameday bellhops will help bring the items directly to your tailgate for you.

Can I display corporate signage?

No corporate signage may be displayed at the Tailgate Guys site. You are allowed to print your company name on the Tailgate Guys banner provided in your package, however no other corporate signage may be displayed while on site.

Tech Green is located between the Student Center and the Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons Building. For reference, a campus map is provided at the following link http://map.gatech.edu.

What time does the site open and close?

The site will open based upon game days and times. For Saturday games, 12:00pm - 3:00pm, the site will open at 8:00am. For any games later than 3:00pm, the site will open at 9:00am. For Thursday night games, the site will open at 3:00pm. The site will shut down three (3) hours post game or midnight, whichever comes first.

Where are restrooms located?

Restrooms are located in the Clough Learning Commons Building and Student Center, next to the Tech Green.

Where is Bobby-Dodd Stadium in relation to my tailgate site?

Bobby-Dodd Stadium is 0.3 mile (6 minute walk) East of the Tech Green, located off Bobby-Dodd Way.

Can I display corporate signage?

No corporate signage may be displayed at the Tailgate Guys site. You are allowed to print your company name on the Tailgate Guys sign provided in your package, however no other corporate signage may be displayed while on site. If I have a generator, what can I plug into it?

Generators are provided strictly for the use of Tailgate Guys’ equipment, however, we will allow you to use one plug for your own equipment. Permissible equipment can be found in your user agreement - no climate control units, cooking elements, or high powered speakers may be used.

Can I leave my items at the tent during the game?

Yes. You may leave your items at your tent while you attend the game. We encourage you to gather everything and place under the tent in an organized manner to keep you belongings centralized. We will monitor the area during the game, however, Tailgate Guys is not responsible for any items left behind or misplaced.

Where is Lot 40 located?

Lot 40 is located on the corner of E. Dean Keeton St. and Red River St.

Do the caterers provide alcohol?

Tailgate Guys preferred caterers cannot provide alcohol. You are more than welcome to bring your own and our bellhops will bring the items to your tailgate for you.

Can we bring a grill and other cooking devices?

Tailgate Guys does not permit deep fryers, pull-behind smokers/grill or open flames.

Is there re-entry into the parking lot?

If needing to re-enter the parking lot you will have to speak with the parking lot attendant who is a University employee, not a Tailgate Guys staff member.

Where are the bathrooms located?

Bathrooms are located in three convenient locations on the LBJ Lawn. Port o’ Pottys are on either side of the LBJ library and the Thompson Conference center is opened for air conditioned bathrooms.

Can I purchase additional parking passes?

Currently additional parking passes can be purchased but are subject to availability on a per game basis.

Can we move our sidewall?

Sidewalls are placed behind televisions to protect the equipment and cannot be moved from behind the television.

Where are the bathrooms located?

Bathrooms are located in the Memorial Student Center for our Simpson Drill Field guests and in the Association Building for our Player Development Field guests. Port o’ Pottys are also located around each location.

What are the access times of the site?

Where are the drop off locations located?

Drop off for Simpson Drill Field is located just through the round-a-bout on Old Main, at the North end of the site. Drop off for the Player Development Field is on John David Crow, just past the KAMU building. You will turn onto John David Crow from Houston St., proceed through the circle, and our team will unload you once you are faced back out towards Houston St.

Where should I park?

There are several parking garages and cash lots around campus, including, but not limited to, Cain Garage, West Campus Garage, Lot 62, Lot 100 and others. You can reserve a spot here: https://www.parkme.com/college-station-tx-parking/kyle-field

Can we bring in a grill?

University Rules prohibit open flames and charcoal grills. Propane grills are allowed. Open flame propane burners are prohibited.

Port o’ Pottys are located on the east side of Schollmaier Arena, directly south of our tailgate site. Additional restrooms are available across Stadium Drive at the student union.

What are the access times of the site?

Where are the drop off locations located?

Guest drop-off is located directly along Stadium Drive just south of the intersection with Frog Alley.

Where should I park?

Guests can reserve a parking pass on a per-game basis with access to the Frog Alley Parking Garage. Please note these are subject to availability.

Can we bring in a grill?

In certain situations, guests may be allowed to bring small grills on site. Please contact Tailgate Guys directly for further information.
