We offer an attractive and organized tent layout and site plan that helps guests easily find their tailgate location. To create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere that encourages human interaction, we consult with a professional community planner on the layout of each location. FAQ

What can you expect from Tailgate Guys?

We focus on every detail—from perfectly aligning the tents to making sure that each cooler opens the right way. We reserve our guests’ tailgate location and meet them at their cars to help haul their stuff to the tailgate. We bring the highest level of care to our process, because we operate on a foundation of excellent service and attention to detail.

What full services are available on game day?

On game day, our staff is on hand to provide a bellhop service to assist guests on taking items to and from their tailgate location. In addition to our bellhop service, our staff will refuel generators (if available) and monitor trash cleanup at our sites. Tailgate Guys Welcome Tents are available on game day with staff members ready to troubleshoot and provide assistance to our guests.

What are the access times for the tailgate sites?

The site access times depend on kick-off for each game. We will notify our guests each week via email of the site access times. Typically our site opens 5 hours prior to kick-off and closes 2 hours after the game ends or at midnight, whichever comes first.

How many guests can you host at your tailgate event?

Our tailgate packages are created to host groups of 10 to 1,000+ on game day. Whether you are looking to host friends and family members or provide a corporate outing for your company, Tailgate Guys has a tailgate package to fit your needs. From a simple 10 x 10 foot tent with a table and chairs for a small family or friend gathering to an elaborate large-scale event—we can cover it all.

Will Tailgate Guys clean up the tailgate site after the game?

For our guests convenience, we provide cleanup services following each game. Excessive trash at tailgate areas could create additional fees for cleanup.

How does catering work?

All guests are welcome to use one of the preferred vendors, an outside vendor, or bring their own food. Tailgate Guys is only able to coordinate food delivery for the preferred vendors. All of the options can be seen under the catering tab of the website. All orders can be placed online, and are due by the end of the day the Tuesday before the game.

How does parking work on game day?

Parking and/or Dropoff Passes for specific tailgate locations will be coordinated after tailgate reservations is finalized.

Can Tailgate Guys setup guests personal equipment?

We will set up and maintain equipment owned and provided by Tailgate Guys. Guests are welcome to bring and personally set up their own permitted equipment that does not exceed the allocated space for the reserved tailgate spot. TG does not permit extra tents (does not include parcels), deep fryers, open flames or loud generators.

Can I leave my items at the tent during the game?

Yes. You may leave your items at your tent while you attend the game. We encourage you to gather everything and place under the tent in an organized manner to keep you belongings centralized. We will monitor the area during the game, however, Tailgate Guys is not responsible for any items left behind or misplaced.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full season guests who pay in full (100% payment) or partial (50% Down, 50% by July 15), can cancel based on the following:1. Before June 30: Full Refund of what was put down 2. Between July 1st and July 15: 50% Refund of what was put down 3. After July 15: No refund of what was put down since we have already started planning staffing, equipment and resources to execute the eventIndividual game or Multi-game guests must pay in full (100% payment) at reservation.1. Reservation may be cancelled 30 days prior to the first event date. 2. Inside 30 days of the event date, no refund will be provided.

Can Tailgate Guys’ bellhops transport my items back to my vehicle when I want to leave?

Absolutely! Your vehicle will just need to be in our designated drop off area, which will open up after the game. However It may take an hour or two for the traffic to clear after the game. Bigger games tend to take longer

Am I allowed to bring my own food and beverages?

You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We will have bellhops on site who will help take your food, beverages and any other items from your car to your tailgate for you!

When is payment due?

For full season guests, 50% is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by July 15th. For individual game guests, full payment is due at the time of booking.
