You are authorizing Tailgate Guys, LLC to charge the credit card indicated in this web form for the noted amount on today’s date. This payment is for products and/or services provided to you or your company. Please contact us directly to request refunds and/or cancellations for services provided. You are certifying that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this web form.

Purchases & Refunds

FULL SEASON: If a full season client cancels their Agreement in writing more than twenty one (21) days before the start of the season, Tailgate Guys agrees to refund one hundred percent (100%) of the Package Price to client (or portion thereof that has been paid by client).

INDIVIDUAL GAME: If an individual game client cancels this Agreement in writing more than twenty one (21) days before the date of the selected game, Tailgate Guys agrees to refund one hundred percent (100%) of the Package Price to client (or portion thereof that has been paid by client).

We recommend contacting us for assistance with refunds or if you experience any issues placing orders online. All services listed in your order are rendered on the day of the event you requested.
