Can we bring a grill and other cooking devices?

No electrical cooking equipment is not allowed on the quad at any times. Due to a limited supply of electrical power on the quad, this can cause problems with the electricity.

Is there a power source already at the tailgate?

Yes, there will be power in all reserved tent areas. For Club packages on the Quad and all packages at Presidential Park, the power will be run by Tailgate Guys.

Can I display corporate signage?

The University of Alabama does not allow any corporate branding to be displayed in any tailgating area on campus.

Can I leave my items at the tent during the game?

Yes, you may leave belongings at your tent through the game at your own risk. We recommend locking all valuables up in your coolers. Cooler locks are available for all Tailgate Guys coolers the main Tailgate Guys Welcome Tent.

AUBURN FAQ’S

AUBURN FAQ’S

Where are the bathrooms located?

For those tailgating in the Campus Green area, the closest restrooms are located in the Student Center, Parker Hall, and the Stadium Parking Deck. For guests tailgating in the Tiger Walk area, the closest restrooms are located in Plainsman Park.

What are the access times of the site?

The site access times depend on kick-off for each game. We will notify you each week via email of the site access times.

How does the bellhop service work? Will this be available after the game?

Tailgate Guys’ bellhop service runs before the game on Quad Drive and along Tiger Walk. The times of the service is based on the game time. When you pull up to the drop off zones, the bellhops will meet you at your vehicle and transport any items to your tailgate location for you. This service is also available after the game. Please note that the roads leading into campus often do not open until about 2 hours after the game ends. Excessive loads could create additional fees.

What are my parking options?

Tailgate Guys has limited parking passes available for the Allison Lab Lot, Stadium Deck, and Z Lot. For additional parking and traffic information, please visit Auburn’s website at http://www.auburntigers.com/gameday/parkingandtraffic.html.

How does catering work?

All guests are welcome to use one of the preferred vendors, an outside vendor, or bring their own food. Tailgate Guys is only able to coordinate food delivery for the preferred vendors. All of the options can be seen under the catering tab of the website. All orders can be placed online, and are due by the end of the day the Tuesday before the game.

Can we bring a grill and other cooking devices?

Only portable gas grills are permitted on the Tailgate Guys site.

Is there a power source already at the tailgate?

No there is not a source of power at the tailgates unless a generator is reserved by itself or with a media package. Tailgate Guys’ generators can be used for permissible equipment only. These items can be found in your user agreement - no climate control units, heating elements, or high powered speakers may be used.

Where is the Tailgate Site located?

The Tailgate Site is located on the Northeast side (opposite from the practice fieldhouse) of the stadium on the Youth Football Field.

What times does the site open and close?

Access to the site will begin 4 hours prior to kickoff. The area will be available for two (2) hours following the game or until midnight, whichever comes first.

Where is drop off located? When can I drop off items?

Drop off is conveniently located in parking lot 7. Drop off is available beginning four (4) hours prior to kickoff and ends four (3) hours prior to kickoff.

How does the Bellhop service work? Will this be available after the game?

Tailgate Guys’ bellhop service runs before the game at parking lot 7. The service is available beginning four (4) hours prior to kickoff and ends three (3) hours prior to kickoff. When you pull up to the drop off zones, the bellhops will meet you at your vehicle and transport any items to your tailgate location for you. This service is also available after the game once normal traffic patterns have resumed. Excessive loads could create additional fees.

What are my parking options?

Parking can be purchased through Tailgate Guys.

How does catering work? Do the caterers provide alcohol?

Upon reserving your tailgate, you will be provided menus from our list of preferred caterers. Tailgate Guys will coordinate your food order and delivery with the selected caterer. Select caterers are able to provide alcoholic beverages for your tailgate, but you are also welcome to utilize our bellhop service to bring your own.

Can we bring our own food and alcohol?

You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverage and our game day bellhops will help bring the items directly to your tailgate for you.

Can we bring a grill and other cooking devices?

Yes. Small propane grills are allowed.

What happens to any food/beverages that are not used prior to the game?

All catering orders will be complete by kickoff, but no items will be disposed of unless the guest has vacated their site or throws them away on their own.

Where are the restrooms located?

Port-a-johns will be located within walking distance of the Tailgate Site.

Can I display corporate signage?

No corporate signage may be displayed at the Tailgate Guys site. You are allowed to print your company name on the Tailgate Guys banner provided in your package, however no other corporate signage may be displayed while on site.

Can I leave my items at the tent during the game?

Yes. You may leave your items at your tent while you attend the game. We encourage you to gather everything and place under the tent in an organized manner to keep you belongings centralized. We will monitor the area during the game, however, Tailgate Guys is not responsible for any items left behind or misplaced.

What are the tailgate package prices?

Tailgate Packages will begin at $350 for groups up to 20 in size. Please inquire for more specific pricing as it relates to your group.

How close is the Tailgate Village in relation to the stadium?

Our Tailgate Village is a stone's throw away from Canvas Stadium. It only takes a 3-5 minute walk to get from our site to the stadium gates.

Do you provide your services to individual cars in the various parking lots around campus?

Our premium tailgating experience is designated only for our fans on Field. We do not provide service to individuals or groups in any other lots.

Is catering included in your tent package pricing?

Catering is not included in our tent package pricing. Our guests can expect catering costs to be roughly $15-$25 per person.

Is it possible to rent heaters for our tent?

We do not currently have any heaters for our guests and their tent packages at this point in time.

Can we bring a grill and other cooking devices?

We do allow our guests to bring BBQ Grills as long as they are propane operated and do not have an open flame. Get your Grill on!

Does the package price include a ticket to the game?

Our tailgate packages do not include tickets to the game.

How long is the site open for?

Our site opens 4 hours before kick off, unless it is a noon kick, then it opens at 9 am. The site will remain open for up to 2 hours after the end of the game or midnight, whichever comes first.

Are we responsible for our trash?

While we do encourage our guests to respect the environment, the tailgate, and their fellow neighbors, we will handle the trash clean up for everyone. There will be ample trash cans placed throughout the site that should assist in keeping the site clean and tidy.

Am I allowed to bring my own food and beverages?

You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We will have bellhops on site who will help take your food, beverages and any other items from your car to your tailgate for you!

Do you all provide alcohol?

We do not provide alcohol but our guests are more than welcome to bring their own. This is another item that our bellhops will help you transport from your vehicle to your tent.

What is the closest parking lot to your site?

The closest parking lot to our site is parking lot 1D.

Where are the bathrooms located?

Indoor restroom facilities are located in two convenient locations on the Reitz Union North Lawn: The J. Wayne Reitz Union and the International Center.

What time does the site open and close?

Tailgate Guys will have your tailgate package prepared for you 8 hours prior to kick-off or 9:00 AM; whichever is later. Your welcome to enjoy your tailgate for up to 3 hours after the game ends or until 11:00 PM; whichever comes first.

Where is Drop Off located?

The drop-off area is located off Gale Lemerand Drive on Ferst Street, just south of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Where is parking located?

Parking passes are available for purchase through Tailgate Guys with reserved parking in the J. Wayne Reitz Union garage. The J. Wayne Reitz Union garage is located off Museum Road and Reitz Union Drive; just east of Gale Lemerand Drive.

Where is Ben Hill Griffin Stadium located?

Ben Hill Griffin Stadium is located off of University Avenue and Gale Lemerand Drive.

Can we bring a grill and other cooking devices?

Tailgate Guys does not permit deep fryers, pull-behind smokers/grill or open flames.

What time does the site open and close?

The site will open based upon game days and times. For Saturday games, 12:00pm - 3:00pm, the site will open at 8:00am. For any games later than 3:00pm, the site will open at 9:00am. For Thursday night games, the site will open at 3:00pm. The site will shut down three (3) hours post game or midnight, whichever comes first.

Restrooms are located in the Clough Learning Commons Building and Student Center, next to the Tech Green.

Where is Bobby-Dodd Stadium in relation to my tailgate site?

Bobby-Dodd Stadium is 0.3 mile (6 minute walk) East of the Tech Green, located off Bobby-Dodd Way.

Can I display corporate signage?

Where is the Tailgate Guys Village located?

Located on historic Ferry Field on the University of Michigan Ross Athletic Campus, our Tailgate Village is a short walk to the Big House. The entrance can be accessed from South State Street between the Ross Academic Center and Yost Ice Arena.

Is parking included in my package?

Our tailgate packages do not include a parking pass at this time. We are developing a wait list for guests that are interested in parking should it become available for the upcoming season. Regardless, all guests will receive access to Tailgate Guys’ Bellhop Service for pickup and drop off of any items for your tailgate.

What time can I arrive at the tailgate to drop my items off with the Bellhop?

Access time depends on the time of the game:

6am – 8am for a Noon kickoff

8am – 10am for a 3:30pm kickoff

Noon – 2pm for a night game

What time does the tailgate site close?

The tailgate site will close 2 hours after the end of the game, or at midnight in the case of a night game.

How does the Bellhop Service work? Is it available after the game?

Tailgate Guys’ Bellhop Service runs before the game (see access times above) and the drop off/load in location is at the east end of Ferry Field. You must enter and exit from State Street (driveway is located between the Ross Academic Center and Yost Ice Arena). When you pull up to the drop off zone, the bellhops will meet you at your vehicle and transport any items to your tailgate location for you. This service is also available beginning 90 minutes after the end of the game.

Is there re-entry into the parking lot?

Access to the parking lot in direct proximity to Ferry Field (Grey Lot) is limited to those with a Grey Lot parking pass or for those using the Tailgate Guys Bellhop Services during the designated drop off/pick up times with proper credentials. No access to the Grey Lot will be granted for any other situations and there is a no re-entry policy once you have departed the lot.

What are the access times of the site?

The site access times depend on kick-off for each game. We will notify you via our Game Day Reminder Email the week of. Typically, the site will open five hours before kick and stay open until two hours after the game or midnight, whichever comes first.

Where is the site located?

The site is located on Jenkins Street, across from Gate 12 of Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Our tents are set up in the space between Heisman Park and the Bud Wilkinson Center.

Where are the bathrooms located?

The Drop off area will be on Lindsey St. as you approach Jenkins coming from the East. You will NOT be able to access the Drop-Off Area via Lindsey St. from the West. This means you will see the stadium approaching on your right via E Lindsey. Please DO NOT come via Jenkins as it is blocked off. You will see a sandwich board on the right which says Tailgate Guys Drop-Off Area.

Where are the bathrooms located?

Your tailgate will be prepared and ready to serve you 5 hours prior to kickoff of the Bulls game, or 9:00 AM, whichever is earlier. Your tailgate will be open until two hours post game, or midnight, whichever comes later.

Can we leave our items in the tent during the game?

Yes! While we can not be held liable for items left in your tailgate, our staff will be on site to monitor all tailgates throughout the duration of the game.

Where is the Tailgate Guys site located?

We are located on Dietrick Lawn directly across Washington Street from Cassell Coliseum.

Where are the bathrooms located?

Bathrooms are located inside Cassell Coliseum right across Washington Street from Dietrick Lawn.

What are the access times of the site?

Typically, the site will be open five hours prior to kick-off for each game. We notify all guests each week via email of the site access times.

How does the bellhop service work? Will this be available after the game?

The bellhop service will be available on Washington Street in front of Dietrick Lawn. Tailgate Guys’ bellhop service runs from five hours prior to kick-off until three hours prior to kick-off. For games that begin after 6:00 p.m., bellhop services will run from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. The service is also available after the game. Please note that Washington Street often does not open until 2 hours after the game ends.

How does catering work?

All guests are welcome to use one of the preferred vendors, an outside vendor, or bring their own food. Tailgate Guys is only able to coordinate food delivery for the preferred vendors. All of the options can be seen under the catering portion on the Virigina Tech page. All orders can be placed online, and are due by the end of the day the Tuesday before the game.

Can we bring a grill and other cooking devices?

Anything that has an open flame is not permitted on site.

Is there a power source already at the tailgate?

A power source is not provided at the tailgates unless a generator is reserved by itself or with a media package. Tailgate Guys does not permit certain items to be used with their gernators including climate control units, heating elements, or high powered speakers.

Can I leave my items at the tent during the game?

Yes, you may leave your items at your tent while you attend the game. We encourage you to gather everything and place under the tent in an organized manner to keep your belongings centralized. We will monitor the area during the game, however, Tailgate Guys is not responsible for any items left behind or misplaced.

Drop Off is located in the Green Lot. We ask that you enter through the 32nd Street West entrance and exit onto Shorefair Drive NW.

There are portable restrooms located directly net to Gate 5. McCreary Tower exterior restrooms are hopen four hours prior to kick-off.
